Steak Tips and Mushrooms
Steak tips and mushrooms….super simple, and just hits every time. It’s buttery, garlicky, a little salty in the best way, and gets that perfect sizzle goin’ on in the skillet. Broil it at the end so everything gets a little extra love, toss on some parsley, and that’s it. Weeknight win!
Quick Tips:
Use a cast-iron skillet if you’ve got one — it holds heat like a champ and gives the steak that golden sear without even trying.
Don’t overcrowd the pan. Give those steak tips room to sizzle or they’ll steam instead of sear.
Worcestershire is your flavor bomb. Don’t skip it — it’s the secret to that rich, salty-umami thing going on.
Broiling = bonus browning. It crisps up the edges and gives everything that “I know what I’m doing” look.
Mushrooms go in last so they don’t overcook and turn to mush. You want them juicy, not sad.
Serving ideas: Over mashed potatoes, rice, garlic noodles, or just eat it straight out of the pan like a savage.
