Steak Tips and Mushrooms

Steak tips and mushrooms….super simple, and just hits every time. It’s buttery, garlicky, a little salty in the best way, and gets that perfect sizzle goin’ on in the skillet. Broil it at the end so everything gets a little extra love, toss on some parsley, and that’s it. Weeknight win!

Quick Tips:

  • Use a cast-iron skillet if you’ve got one — it holds heat like a champ and gives the steak that golden sear without even trying.

  • Don’t overcrowd the pan. Give those steak tips room to sizzle or they’ll steam instead of sear.

  • Worcestershire is your flavor bomb. Don’t skip it — it’s the secret to that rich, salty-umami thing going on.

  • Broiling = bonus browning. It crisps up the edges and gives everything that “I know what I’m doing” look.

  • Mushrooms go in last so they don’t overcook and turn to mush. You want them juicy, not sad.

  • Serving ideas: Over mashed potatoes, rice, garlic noodles, or just eat it straight out of the pan like a savage.
