Creamy Tomato Alfredo Chicken Pasta
This lil’ dish had its viral moment on TikTok, but it’s still one of those recipes that just hits every time. super easy, ridiculously flavorful, and the kind of comfort food you’ll end up making on repeat. I tweaked it a bit to make it even better…give it a shot and tell me you don’t want to lick the plate.
Quick Tips:
Use roasted garlic sauces if you can — they pack way more flavor without having to add a ton of extras
Don’t skip the crockpot step. Low and slow makes the chicken fall-apart tender and gives the sauce time to level up
Shred chicken right in the sauce. Saves a dish and gets all that flavor right into the meat
Cook your pasta al dente. It'll soak up some of the sauce without turning into a mushy mess
Want it even creamier? Add a splash of heavy cream or an extra handful of parm before serving
Make it ahead. This actually gets better the next day after the flavors hang out in the fridge for a while
