Buffalo Cottage Cheese Dip
Everyone’s losing their minds over cottage cheese lately and honestly… kinda valid. It’s packed with protein, not awful for you (unless your stomach hates dairy), and shockingly good in this dip.
You just mix cottage cheese, your favorite buffalo sauce, garlic powder, pinch of salt, and top it with scallions. That’s it. Scoop it up with chips, celery, or just grab a spoon and call it dinner. Enjoy!

Blend it if you’re weird about texture. A quick blitz in the blender makes it smooth and creamy, like ranch vibes but with actual protein
Use a buffalo sauce you love. This is not the time to cheap out — the sauce is the dip
