Apple Basil Honey Mozzarella Pizza

  1. - Preheat oven to 400.
  2. - Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add apples, pinch of salt, and honey. Cook for about 5 minutes, until apples soften, then remove from heat.
  3. - Roll out dough on a floured surface.
  4. - Place dough on a baking sheet brushed with half the olive oil. Drizzle remaining olive oil on top and sprinkle with half the garlic salt. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. - Remove from oven and top with mozzarella slices, cooked apples, parmesan, basil, and remaining garlic salt.
  6. - Bake for 25 minutes. Broil for 1–2 minutes if you want the top more browned.
  7. - Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
